THE PROJECT

Inspired by their own dietary restrictions, two mothers juggling it all decided to take a step further and build a brand to provide tasty, healthy, lac-free, gluten-free, sugar-free food. They struggled with market strategy and brand identity for many steps until we started working together in what later became a partnership after repurposing the strategy, brand positioning, target segments and brand speech.

THE PROJECT

A food truck that was a huge success turned into a gourmet burger house. This new phase started with a new partnership between "O Japa"  partner and the brand owner to transition from joining events during the weekends to a bricks-and-mortar business.

To create a brand that would bring oriental cuisine to our customers' daily life. In Brazil, oriental food used to be perceived as either too expensive or untrustworthy for being too accessible. Since the concept, our team targeted scalability, high efficiency and friendly, cordial sel-service.

With the Pandemic healthcare providers lived an unexpected shift. Growth was based on quick answers and temporary mandates at the same time that the consumer base has not only grown but also become more educated regarding healthcare and protective equipment decisions. I was hired as a graphic designer with the main objective of optimizing product lines for retail.
